Warranty Overview
All laptop parts sold on TradeLinks.pk come with a limited warranty of 1 to 2 months, depending on the product category and as mentioned on the product page.
The warranty period begins from the date of delivery.
What the Warranty Covers
Our warranty covers manufacturing or technical defects that occur during normal usage of the product.
Covered issues include:
- Product stops working during normal operation (without physical or electrical damage).
- Internal manufacturing defects.
- Performance issues or faults confirmed after inspection by our technical team.
If the product is found defective under warranty, we will offer replacement or repair, depending on product availability and condition.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
To maintain fairness and product integrity, the warranty does not apply to:
- Dead or non-functional items upon arrival that were not reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Physically damaged, burnt, or liquid-damaged products.
- Damage caused by incorrect installation, mishandling, or voltage fluctuation.
- Items with removed, tampered, or missing serial labels.
- Any product that has been repaired or opened by an unauthorized technician.
- Cosmetic damage, scratches, or wear and tear not affecting performance.
⚠️ Strict Policy:
Any dead, burnt, or physically damaged products received for warranty will not be accepted under any circumstances.
How to File a Warranty Claim
To file a claim, please follow these steps carefully:

- Mention your Order Number, Purchase Date, and issue details.
Provide Proof
- Attach clear images and a short video showing the issue.
- Include a copy of your invoice as proof of purchase.
Initial Assessment
Our technical support team will review your claim within 2–4 business days and guide you on the next steps.
Return & Inspection
- If approved for inspection, the customer must send the item back to Trade Links for evaluation.
- Shipping to our office is the customer’s responsibility.
Repair or Replacement
- If the claim is verified as a genuine fault, we will offer replacement or repair.
- If the same model is unavailable, we may issue store credit or a suitable alternative.
- Products found physically or electrically damaged will be returned unrepaired at the customer’s expense.
Warranty Conditions
- Warranty applies only to the original buyer and is non-transferable.
- Replacement items will carry the remaining warranty from the original product.
- Products must be returned in original condition, including packaging and serial labels.
- Unauthorized tampering or repair voids the warranty immediately.
- Warranty turnaround time may vary based on stock availability and technical verification.
Shipping Guidelines
- Customer bears the shipping cost for sending the product to our service center.
- Trade Links will cover the return shipping if the claim is approved.
- If the claim is rejected, the customer must arrange return shipping themselves.
